Story

  • As a ciruitpy_flight_software developer.
  • I want a consistent interface for using the radio.
  • So that I can consistently interact with the satellite from a ground station.

I am going to have this draft active for a few days probably as I think about how we can attack the radio interface refactor.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Introducing the Radio Factory, Radio Manager, and Modulation Manager
  • Create a Packet Factory for Standard Message Formatting
  • Refactor cdh.py into a Packet Decoding Manager
