SMS mechanism asks for code before it is sent #21

Describe the issue
Selecting SMS as your 2FA method results in the script asking for the 2FA code before it is sent to the phone.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use New-IdSession
- Select SMS as 2FA mechanism
Expected behavior
Send 2FA code to phone so it can be given to script.
