Feature request: being able to hide PRs where my team has approved

Hey there!
Thanks for this plugin, I am using it to check all my incoming reviews, and in particular for reviews where my team is asked as a reviewer.
I know I can hide PR where I have already approved, but it would be convenient to also hide PRs where someone from the team already approved, because in this case I do not need to check the PR!
