I try to integrate that library to my expo app.

The release notes of Expo SDK 48 say:

expo-crypto now supports getRandomValues, randomUUID (UUID v4), and digest functions, which are compliant with the Web Crypto API equivalents. With this change,expo-random has become redundant and is now deprecated.

But ... it seems they don't attach these to the global space, so you have do add a little polyfill, eg:

        getRandomValues: Crypto.getRandomValues,
        randomUUID: Crypto.randomUUID,
        subtle: {
            digest: Crypto.digest,
