basic completion of Annotations 2.0

Note to self: /maps/35/annotations/ is returning:

    "style":  {"width":325,"height":140,"rotation":0},

Resulting in the error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token & -- Update: resolved with <%=raw

Does this issue include adding info window content to points and polygons?
If not, can it?

I think perhaps that fits into
justinmanley/Leaflet.Illustrate#6 or a new issue
in that repo?
