Try harder to index dates

Summary or User Story

We should be able to parse and index dates out of more date formats than just a 4-digit year. Look in the error logs to see what kinds of data we're getting and handle more of them.

Acceptance Criteria

• Increase as much as is reasonable the number of resources with date data usable by the date filter and date sort features, not just for display.

consult the indexing logs and look for values that weren't transformed for indexing
