Support for Constellation k8 clusters

Please release a working deployment for https://github.com/edgelesssys/constellation I created a support request from Edgeless to help with this as well here edgelesssys/constellation#3689

Why is this important? Constellation is the only open source confidential computing kubernetes distribution there is and this feature is a requirement for all high security requirements and is an essential component for securing AI workloads.

@awdemos I'd echo the suggestion on the Edgeless ticket(edgelesssys/constellation#3689 (comment)) to try using the terraform provider for Constellation directly from pulumi (Any Terraform Provider | Pulumi Registry). That's going to be the most direct way to start managing Constellation with Pulumi.
