[BUG] Players sometimes crash, when joining a server

Issue: Players do crash to desktop, while joining a server.

Explanation: It happens not all the time, but a most of a time.
Player clicks to join a server, then he gets crashed from a connection screen.
And i see a connection time out error on a server.

It also happens, when map changes.

Expected result: Players will be joining servers without any CTDs.
