VSCode extension Debugging no longer appears to work #908

When running Puppet debugger as per https://puppet-vscode.github.io/docs/features/debugging-puppet-code/ it just does not seem to run.

What Versions are you running?

OS Version: Windows 11
VSCode Version: 1.98.0
Puppet Extension Version: 1.5.4
PDK Version: 3.4.0

What You Are Seeing?

I click debug and select puppet debugger and nothing happens.

What is Expected?

The debugger window should open and allow code to be run.
