When LANG is set to an unsupported value, such as C.utf8, various parts of PEAdm will cryptically fail.
Describe the Solution You Would Like
The PEAdm preflight checks should check what LANG is set to, and print a warning if it is set to an unexpected/unsupported value. This will help users debug strange LANG-related issues that would otherwise be very difficult to identify.
