Bug Description

Currently, the images for the icons in the project.pros view are retrieved from github urls, not the local folder. We should find and use a method of loading these images from local assets so that teams can see the icons without internet. Although that would allow teams to modify the images displayed, I think the benefits outweigh the downside.

The VEX extension does this, we can take a look at their compiled js if we want to find a method.
