[BUG]: No option to export as .odf (Open Document Format) or .odt (Open Document Template)

Describe the bug
We ought to be able to export our documents using Free file formats like .txt or .odf. We should also have archival quality support for .pdf exports. Also support .gmi or .gemini file formats for export, to support the gemini-protocol

To Reproduce
Select export,
look at the options (which don't include .odf)

.odf is supported
