Solution

I didn't see any migration steps, so bumping to v4 should be all we need. I'm not certain though.

Hm, my issue was fixed by upgrading a different action, but I do see this action using v3 too: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3ApyTooling%2FActions%20v3&type=code
