Description
As Zuul CI is no longer my main CI, I am going to retire this project and move the schema to schemastore via SchemaStore/schemastore#2156
This will ensure that users are not impacted. As a note, I will continue to help with schema maintenance as I still edit Zuul job definitions from time to time.
