Integration with `tracing-opentelemetry`'s metrics?

tracing-opentelemetry has a MetricsLayer type which offers some metrics functionality.

At the moment we directly wrap the Otel SDK.

Should we support both?

I think we can support this trivially by just adding this inside LogfireTracingLayer.
