We don't necessarily require this beforehand for recurring or veteran speakers, and this decision is based on several factors, including the audience's interest in the topic and the relevance of the existing proposal, among others. Hi @shrutiiaroraaa, thank you for reaching out! We've decided to cancel the meetup on June 21st due to the extreme heat situation in the New Delhi area. Instead, we'll be hosting an asynchronous workshop that the audience can participate in from their homes.
