Ability to change color for Folder icons

I noticed that default file icon and folder icon is the same color. 
So only icon shape and reading file/folder name allows you to be 100% sure what type of content it is. 
It requires extra focus when dealing with lot's of files and folders.
The ability to change folder icon fill color would solve it.
