EZTV search broken.

Same for episode searches. No result in Medusa, same URL elsewhere, brings results

I've been having the same issues seemingly since end of December, however this afternoon, it seems to have automatically pulled 2 eps down from my list, so not sure if something has changed somewhere.

I did have a look in the config yesterday and alter the eztv URL to match the website, but it had no immediate impact and I still had to manually pull this morning a couple of eps.

I've had no updates flagged from the gui and I'm using the docker build.

The problem with the eztv provider is:

1. it is only pulling the first 100 results. The eztv api accepts a page parameter, incrementing this will get the next set of results
2. the api no longer provide the torrent_url, only magnet_url
