Residual primal and hydrogen balance is off in high temporal resolution networks

Describe the Bug

Thanks to @AlexanderMeisinger, we have identified that the residual primal is huge and hydrogen balance is off in high resolution networks. The Gurobi still reports back status: "ok". The error was first detected and partly discussed in #1463 but does not relate to the PR itself but to the currrent main.
