Use WaterWay map instead of hydro basins dataset #1513

It would be awesome to be able use OSM data for hydrobasins 🙂 It looks like WaterWay contains only coordinates of the river themselves but there are packages which use it to restore shapes of hydrobasins. For example, this one looks interesting. Currently, the authors mention that they are focused on Europe, but probably they could be interested to expand this work
We have considered Basins90m dataset as an alternative to WWF Hydrobasins. It's CC-licensed and in some aspects more detailed. However, a more detailed investigation by @BRamirez_Franco has shown that there are some pitfalls there. The details are listed in this issue #927
