Hi,

using hoof with rvm:
rvm 1.15.8 (stable) by Wayne E. Seguin wayneeseguin@gmail.com, Michal Papis mpapis@gmail.com [https://rvm.io/]

Webapp won't start and I got an error in /tmp/hoof.output :

RVM - Ruby integration was extracted to a separate gem, it should be installed by default with RVM, remove the `$LOAD_PATH.unshift` line and all should be fine again.
