• we should add the "new" notebooks to tutorials on docsite?

Yes, but 07_std_anchor.ipynb should be removed as it was an erroneous check-in.

Or we could update it with the example from the API.

The tutorial docs definitely need some refactoring as the structure:

is a bit ad-hoc, and we could add additional material on guidance in selecting a classifier, for example.

We should link such a refactoring to the proposal by @martinfleis for standardizing the docs across pysal, to ensure we adopt a consistent structure.
