Correct assess functionality when elasticsearch have erronic data (related to index)

e.g. prj=XXX, and XXX is an inexistent project -->an index named factors.XXX is created empty --> this comes with errors in the assess (without parametres) because the dashboard tries to calculate strategic indicators for this inexistent project
