Sample Registration/Editing - Missing Validation that Species, Specimen and Analyte Values are from the experiment

What happened?

Currently, the user can specify any value through manual input within the cells for

1.) Species
2.) Specimen
3.) Analyte

values per sample during sample registration/editing instead of choosing one of the provided dropdown options.

If the user chooses to do so, then valid ontology inputs are stored for a sample even if these inputs differ from the species, specimen and analyte information set in the experiment.
