Apply Flexible data manager grid component to measurement View

What are you missing?

Once the new component is ready as outlined in #1266, it should be applied to the measurement view as soon as possible to enable a harmonised approach in sorting/showing and filtering the shown data.

Why do you need a solution?

Ideally this is done before the extension of the measurement domains with the immunopeptidomics template, to avoid a big merge conflict between updates made to the old Grid UI and the merger of the updated UI as provided in #1266.
