During filtering, entries with the filter term in a hidden column appear. #1337
Description
What are you missing?
With the release of the new Filter Grid Design, the user is able to hide specific columns from the grid.
If the user then filters for a term contained in one of these hidden columns for an entry, the entry is shown as a result.

Why do you need a solution?
This mechanism could be confusing for the user, since it is unclear why an entry was shown if the column containing the search term is hidden.
Ideas
Multiple possible solutions:
1.) Inform the user with a text based notification to check the hidden columns.
2.) Highlight the hide/show button and mark the column containing the entry in the filter list
3.) Highlight the entry showing some sort of information that the search term is in a hidden column
