Remove the biological replicate counter during experimental group registration and editing #1340
Description
What are you missing?
Currently, the users can define the number of biological replicates for each experimental group.
However since this feature is not linked in any manner to the number of samples associated with the defined group, the numbers get out of sync easily.
Why do you need a solution?
Allowing for number differences for biological replicates defined for each experimental group and during sample registration is confusing.
Additionally, since the system requires already a great deal of manual input, reducing the number of manual steps would ease the usage of the data manager.
Ideas
A) Feature Removal
1.) Remove the experimental group counter component for the edit and registration UI.
2.) Remove the number of replicates shown for each experimental group in the Experiment View
B) Automatic Counting:
1.) Count the number of Samples associated with the same condition during registration/edit.
2.) Show the counted number in the experimental group
