Files not found with my metadata.txt

I have the following folder
```
my-registration
 - super-file.DOCX
 - duper-file.DOCX
 - other-file.pdf
```

And my metadata.txt
```
<measurement-id> super-file.docx  
<measurement-id> duper-file.docx
<measurement-id> other-file.pdf
```
This does not work. `Found more files than descirbed in the metadata file`
