Offer PDF font-size differs between portal-testing/local and production

Describe the bug
The font size differs in the generated offer PDF on QBiC-Portal in comparison to portal-testing/localhost even though the offer-manager version is the same(Version 1.1.2).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download offer PDF from QBiC-Portal in offer-manager 1.1.2
2. Download offer PDF from portal-testing in offer-manager 1.1.2
3. Download offer PDF locally in offer-manager 1.1.2
4. Compare font sizes between the downloaded offer PDFs.

Expected behavior
The offers should have a consistent font-size independent of the hosting system platform.

Possible Reason
@KochTobi was able to determine that the Chromium versions differ on portal-testing and QBiC-Portal which could be a reason for this discrepancy.
