What is the issue
Currently the documentation menu and flow is very developmentally focussed/technical describing entities instead of user flow.
(e.g. measurement as a seperate point instead of user/register-your-measurements)
What needs to be changed
Overhaul the menu and ideally the flow within the documentation to follow the application flow within the data manager. Providing entry points for the different user bases such as:
1.) Developers
2.) Data Stewards
3.) Users
4.) Data Registrars
5.) Funders
