"Permanent" continuous mode in "Advanced digitizing"

Feature description

In "Advanced digitizing" you can enable the locks for distance and angle to lock the distance/angle to a value: continuous-lock

However, this is always limited to the geometry being digitized: it is forgotten when the next polygon is being drawn.

It would be practical to be able to lock this "permanently". E.g. if you always need square angles when digitizing, or if you always want to digitize the same size squares,...

I would also love to have this feature. For now I am using "snap to common angles" feature which is a partially solution
