What is the bug or the crash?

The first and last line segments are missing if offset is greater than 0.

(The line is complete if offset is less than 0.)

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Create or find line feature where start and end node coordinates are equal.
  2. Set line offset to a value greater than 0
  3. See missing line segments
