Port more DB Manager PostGIS Functionality to Browser

Feature description

This FR is mainly in the context of PostGIS connections in the Browser, but some functionality may also be applicable to other types of data connection.

Functionality to include:

1. Right-click on Schema > Import Vector Layer > open Import Vector Layer window (from DB Manager).

2. Change to behaviour when dragging & dropping a layer into a schema: instead of just loading the data without a spatial index, DB comments, etc. open the Import Vector Layer window. 3. Right-click on Table > Table Properties > open Table Properties window (from DB Manager).

4. Right-click on Table > Move to Schema > show list of schemas (as per DB Manager approach). Also to also include enhancement for handling raster table overviews: DB Manager - Offer to update raster overviews when the main raster is moved to another schema #58788

5. Right-click on Field > Rename Field
