What is the bug or the crash?

Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue related to layer dependency in QGIS. When I open a geopackage file in QGIS 3.34, I receive the following error:
"Missing layer form dependency: Layer 'A' requires layer 'B' to be loaded, but 'B' could not be found. Please load it manually if possible."

However, when I open the same geopackage file in QGIS 3.24, it works normally without any issues.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Yes, but as I already said in a previous comment, you need to provide sample project and data so contributors could reproduce and fix this issue
