Note doesnt appear on layer panel but it does appear in layer styling

What is the bug or the crash?

I have an annotations layer that appear on layer styling panel but doesn't appear on layer panel. Those are annotations that cannot be deleted and cannot be modified. When i open the qgz as a zip the annotation appears on the xml file only as a element, while the others appear many times, when i delete the element it erases the name of the note on layer styling panel but it is still there, only with no name like this.

Steps to reproduce the issue

I think it happens when you edit an annotation layer when that layer is not selected, but i'm not quite sure how it happened

The bugged layer that doesnt appear as Layer, appears as "Notas" in the Layer Styling panel

The annotation layer "Notas" in your project is the "Main Annotation Layer" layer. Please refer to the QGIS Desktop User Guide / Manual at https://docs.qgis.org/latest/en/docs/user_manual/map_views/map_view.html#feature-annotations. You cannot remove it. Anyway it doesn't contain any item in your project.
I failed to understand what is the actual issue you are reporting.
