To the best of my knowledge, there is no way of doing that at present time.

The circuit drawer was (more or less) recently introduced by @sergiomtzlosa. Consequently, he would the most entitled person to reply to your query.

Maybe you can have a look at mpldrawer class and open a new issue with your code modifications to display the angle value on gates
