後台獲取未讀消息過程

  1. 用定時器 AlarmManager 定時啟動服務

  2. 服務先取未讀消息數，確定有新消息，就對比數據庫緩存的內容，獲取最新的50條消息

  3. 服務發送 Broadcast，同時 stopSelf() 關閉自己

  4. Broadcast 接受到就彈出通知欄
