Data retriever issue

What is happening?

May I ask if the build-in data retriever still works?
I tried to run the default tutorial but I encountered this error with correct API_KEY

"Nasdaq Data Link Error for 'WIKI/GOOG'."
Error retrieving data.

How can we reproduce the issue?

run the tutorial

What should happen?

get the correct data
