Description
From 9/30 slurm community call, keeping here to not forget: we should document for each vendor and flavor, which network destinations need to be reachable (such as: API endpoint for quantum service, cloud endpoint for authn/z, storage etc). HPC admins might need to know how to configure firewalls.
