CouchDB and JWT?

I'm looking at Quarkus jNoSQL and it's support for CouchDB (big fan here). When checking the documentation it mentions:

jnosql.couchdb.username
jnosql.couchdb.password
jnosql.document.database

Checking the CouchDB documentation, it supports JWT authentication. So I wonder:

• How to dynamically use multiple databases (I presume using CouchDBConfigurations)?
• How to implement JWT authentication (needs to pass an Authorization: Bearer ey...... header)

quarkus-jnosql may already or should have a filter interface that can be used to modify request headers
