Add Quasar-Play

Hi, I think we should add Quasar Play, because it is a good example and it is what convinced me and my boss to use Quasar.
I am not sure about the section it should go in, since the contributing guide says not to post demos, but I would put it in the Tutorials section, because it is a good learning material.
What do you think?

Quasar play is not on latest Quasar version (v1). I am working on a similar project that might be available later
