Testing App Extensions "security" and "security-antivuln" have been deprecated

Hi everyone,
security-antivuln and security testing App Extensions are now deprecated

Those AEs were experimental and never exited alpha phase. They won't be completed and won't be migrated to support Qv2
They've been removed from the docs and from the monorepo months ago, so this is just the final cleanup
