q-select currently includes a built-in dropdown icon (q-icon) which does not expose any way to set accessibility attributes such as aria-label. As a result, accessibility audit tools (e.g., Lighthouse, axe) flag this as an issue:
"Elements must have an accessible name" or "Form elements must have associated labels"
This happens even when a label is provided to the q-select, because the internal q-icon remains unlabeled and is treated as an interactive element.
