Popover - mix of q-tooltip and q-menu

I couldn't find any existing out-of-the-box solution that combines the full interactive behavior of a tooltip, and menu in a single Quasar component—specifically, a tooltip that remains visible when you move your mouse over it and only disappears when you leave both the trigger element and the tooltip itself. It seems such a combined component does not currently exist in the Quasar framework or as a pre-made plugin.

I suggest considering this as a feature request for Quasar: either to provide direct support for an interactive tooltip/popover hybrid (that allows for hover, text selection, and full control over its closing behavior), or to document an officially supported pattern for this scenario.

If there is an out-of-the-box solution that I might have overlooked, I would appreciate if someone could point it out!
