How to create a Segment-style component using Quasar Tabs?

Hi all,

I’d like to replicate the Segment component behavior from Naive UI’s Tabs example using Quasar.

Specifically:

• Can this be achieved directly with QTabs (or another Quasar component)?

• How can I keep the same animated transition effect for the active tab indicator?

Has anyone implemented something similar, or is there a recommended approach within Quasar to achieve this?
