[QSelect] Popup misalignment on scroll (regression from Quasar v1 to v2)

When using <q-select>, the dropdown popup becomes misaligned after scrolling the page or a scrollable container.
The popup only realigns once the user interacts with it (e.g. moving the mouse over the list).

This worked correctly in Quasar v1, but in Quasar v2 the popup position does not update during scroll unless its touched by mouse again.

Fix the behavior of the dropdown popup and make this component immutable against scroll bugs.

Would it be possible to implement maybe new parameter which would determine the behavior change based on Qv1 or Qv2 of this component when dropdown popup appears ?
