Clair Enrichment Specification

Hey All,

We are scoping out the design and work associated with a new feature called "Enrichment".

Enrichment(s) are auxiliary data, such as severity information or grades, associated with a Vulnerability Report.

A client may then use this auxiliary information as they see fit.
