specify sudo for install

It apears that ´./mirror-registry install´ is supposed to be run as root. But contrary to all other executions in the README sudo is omitted in this case.

If that is intentional, then I need to fing out why it didn#'t work. But more likely that root is expected that shouls be reflected in the README examples.

If I know what's what, I can push the change myself...
