Can't edit profile of public user (id `1`)

Describe the bug
Changes to the profile of user "public" (id1) fail to save and won't persist.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Profile"
2. Click the "Relays" tab, add relays, click save
3. 
4. Click the "Settings" tab, add information, uncheck "LN Redirects", clicksave
5. 

Expected behavior
Profile is updated with current information

Additional context
Environment: development
version: v0.6.0.2021

Note: the username field is blank, but it is my understanding that user with id1 has username "public". Setting "public" in the field for user name doesn't fix the issue
