[Bug]: Triggers Settings On Release not working

Bug description

Actions are not triggering at all when in settings, only "On Release" or only "On Release" and "Hold for" are checked (tried with 0.1 s, 0.5 s, and 1.0 s delays).

Tried with numerous triggers, some custom, some built-in (such as "Execute Show Triggers Preferences").

Environment:

• Quicksilver 2.5.1 (4044)
• MacOS Sequoia 15.4.1 (and the previous 15.3)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a trigger, check box to enable it, set scope to "All Applications", define keystroke shortcut
2. Check settings checkbox for "On Release"
3. Close preferences window, then press shortcut

Expected behavior

Action should trigger.

I can confirm I am experiencing the same behavior described in this bug report, only since the latest update.
